Yep, my test drive for the tour guide thingy starts at 9am sharp today at Laborador Park. Met up with the colleagues at 8.35am. Damn early lor! And supposedly I was supposed to guide the underground thingy. But, due to last minute changes, I was to do the nature trails instead.. haha, has to last minute read up on all the plants and everything. Luckily, is just a test drive, no worries, can leave everything to the guide itself, Desmond. Yeah, that's the guy who has introduced us to the place a couple of weeks back. Realised that he is quite a funny guy, and children tend to stick around with him..
There were a total of 240 kids, all in multiple-coloured tees like red, yellow, purple, green, blue, whatever colours, you name it. They are actually from Edgefield Primary, and they are at Primary 4.These kids are broken down into 8 groups. Desmond and I are to lead 4 groups. Kids are simple easily excited and they like to run around, flocking in groups! And, feedback from one of the colleagues that teachers are getting prettier these days. Probably, compared to teachers, our times, whereby majority are those old and strict type.. wahaha.
