Finally tried my mystery shopping today at Sim Lim. At least felt more relaxed after trying out with P.S at Funan yesterday. A lot of questions to remember and have to remember everything in the head..Was wondering if the sales assistants actually can tell that. Tried to ask them many questions about this and that, and why recommend this instead of that. End up, did not buy anything. Haha, think my acting skills should be at least ok, cos I din hear the researcher complaining.
