Today has been a very unlucky day for me. YES, I AM IN A FOUL MOOD ESPECIALLY BECAUSE OF THIS STUPID INCIDENT.(which you will know later..) I HATE UGLY SINGAPOREANS!!
Met up with Trace for shopping and later Von for both dinner and movie(April Snow) which I will elaborate later. Since another friend of mine bdae is around the corner, I've decided to get her the pressie that she wanted first. Yes, the Armani City Glam. Nice scent...After that, we proceeded for dinner and then for the movie. Probably I was too besotted by either Bae's charm or acting skills, that immediately after the show, I did not realised that I was even holding onto the CK Tangs carrier, which contained the perfume in the first place. And, I happily left the place. It was only until when we reached the escalator, I've realised that, eh where's my stuff???!!! I of course, panicked and ran all the way back to Lido Theatre 6.. Ask, the cleaners, the guards, the counter staff and the supervisors in charged. All of them claimed they have not seen anything similar to what I've described... And, I swear that it is really less then 2 minutes before I went in the theatre to check. Anyway, I proceeded to check in the ladies as well as nearby rubbish bins, though chances are very slim. Indeed, I cannot find any traces of even just the paper bag. Left my details with the supervisor there, and should there be any good news, he will contact me. He also assured me that all cleaners are trained to return whatever stuff they see in the theatres to him, and should they caught keeping stuff that do not belong to them, actions will be taken. Thus, Von and I highly believed that it is definitely stolen by the patrons. First thing, why take things that do not belong to you? Second thing, why don't the person just return to the security or the lost and found counter? Is this due to greed? Or probably, my fault for not taking good care of my own stuff. Shucks...Anyway, I am still hoping a miracle will happen before Friday.. (Hi Mdm, someone has found ur stuff. Maybe you will like to check and collect it?) Yep, and tml, I will call up CK Tangs and check as well....
An ironic thing that happened just now was... Trace was trying on some clothes in a fitting room and realised that someone has left a pair of newly bought shoes in the room. Without hesitation, I tried to trace the owner, and managed to return her shoes. What does this show? Kindness begets kindness? Think I am starting to talk rubbish liao.. Just feeling damn broke and a bit of injustice.. Gonna start to scrimp and save. Instant Noodles, here I come!
