I am truly disappointed by the type of service that UOB Call Centre has rendered. Let me elaborate. 28/05/06, I actully accidentally paid excess to my Ladies' CC. I called in call centre, spoken to a guy if he is able to do the transfer of the funds to my other UOB CC. He said, sure, but wil have to wait till the system is up since it is a Sunday, and they are not able to do any updating. I tot should be fine, as long as I do not incur any interest charge. HE PROMISED TO MONITOR THE ACCOUNT FOR ME. Subsequently, weeks later, I received my CC bill. Guess wat, interest charge incurred! I was quite surprised to see this in the first place. Sad to say, the guy did not even help me to monitor my account as promised. I called up Call Centre again. This time, a lady picked up the call. I haf to repeat my whole story again! She again promised to put up a waiver for me provided I make payment for my latest bill first. SHE AGAIN PROMISED ME THAT SHE WILL MONITOR THE ACCOUNT FOR ME AND PUT UP THE WAIVER ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. Same piece of crap that I had with the guy earlier. Alright, fair enuff, I paid my bills on the 23/06/06. then, I happened to check my online transactions, hoping to see a credit refund. To my disappointment again, nothing was credited. I was already quite pissed off. Called the Call Centre for the 3rd time, this time with a slightly stern tone and asked wat is happening. As usual, I was probed AGAIN for my reason of waiver. (This time I asked for the CSO's name)

This is how the conversation goes.(In a nutshell)
CSO: May I know the reason for waiver?

Me:(Refer to the above)

CSO: I will put up the waiver for you, subjected to approval Miss, and will take around one working week to get back.

Me: You mean no one has been following up on this? What happened to the 2 previous colleagues? WHY ARE THEY NOT MONITORING MY ACCT AS PROMISED?

CSO: Apparently, somehow... this wasn't done. Case closed

Me: Was already fuming. WTF! Can I haf the names of the 2 previous colleagues?

CSO: Sorry, we dont keep tracks since it was logged in as simple billing transaction enquiries.

See the point? It is really Dang1 Wo3 De3 Hua4 Zai4 Fang4 Pi4! Boo Hoo!!!
In the first place, it all lies in that first CSO fault, if he did not promised to monitor the acct for me, I will haf jolly well make the additional pAyment on my own!
