It's been such a long time since I last been to Holland Village... Everything remains the same, the buildings, the food, the stuff, etc. Went to Crystal Jade Kitchen for lunch. I love the steamed Tilapia and "Pi Dan Porridge with Pig Liver" though the liver seems to be a bit undercooked. Nonetheless, nice!! We were on the second floor and happened to see a teenager trying to sell charity tics, but to no avail. Perhaps, the gal was quite selective in choosing people, and also she is not pro-active, mainly taking her own sweet time, doing her own stuff like smsing. Is she able to earn, at her rate? Or if she is really doing this out of charity, i guess maybe volunteering is a better task for her. If not, she is really wasting her time. It really reminds me of the days when I did street surveys, or doing roadshows for Starhub or DBS. I was still a young lass then. Haha... how time flies. After lunch, we jalan around Holland Village a while before settling down at Essential Brew. Once again, the environment seemed so much familiar, and the place is so forever cozy. Just then, it gets quite cold after a while. Ordered ZOC(combination of ice lemon tea and oolong tea @$4plus)Nice, though not fantastic (Chose it cos is one of the cheapest drinks there, haha)Chill out, read magazines, and chat a while before we left for home. It was only then did I realised that Bus no 48 takes just 20mins or less for me to reach home from Holland Village busstop. :)
