Yupz, I haven been running and I am seriously worried. Though 10km may seemed to be a small matter to majority to you, but it sure means a great deal to me, especially when I am not a regular, let say seasonal runner. Just hope and cross my fingers that I can just run smoothly tomorrow! As long as I dont faint halfway, get carried by the strecher... Choy! I will be fine, and I know I will be. Getting paranoid! Even giving myself excuses not going to the gym, especially today, as I will feel my muscles aching and thus not be able to performed to my expectations tomorrow. Wow!
