My section is having a restructuring. In fact, quite a massive one. Everything is not gonna be the same again. My boss is not going to be my boss anymore, and she will be joining another team, doing totally different stuff. As for me, I will still be doing the same stuff, in fact more, to beef up my portfolio and will be under another's boss. Should I wait and see how things go? If I were to continue, I will have to do presentations, study and take exams. If that's the case, I will have to continue being in this industry in the long term; so as not to waste my time and effort. Or should I just let go of everything, and try to find myslef probably, a better paying job, one with better prospects, and training opportunities? I seriously have no idea...........
In any case,glad to say that this has got to be the longest job that I've ever stayed on. :)
