My internet is finally up and running!! Yippee! Actually had a hard time installing and connecting man. Took the trouble to speak to the customer service officier for hrs, went down to M1 shop for the modem, and went down another time to get the program installed. (Cos PC is those DIY type, so cannot go thru the usual installation). Was initially quite pissed when they promised to send me the modem direct, but after that failed. Reason: My credit card no is invalid... But, it is not the case lor. The gal actually took down the wrong expiry no!!! Never, I shall not complain against her... As long as I get my broadband, I am happy le...
